Without doubt theres an air of certainty in Gus's tone these days. Understanding alot of this would be due to where they've positioned themselves with regards to contracting re. $55 per pound and a plan moving forward to staged production but of late alot of this appears to be surrounding where he sees the Kazaks involvement taking a different direction. The information provided behind the slides does point to a nice picture of where things are headed. Gus's background on this front does go along way.
Overall an informative seminar, nothing groundbraking but an hour well spent. Also, not likely to see a listing till stage 2. Waiting for a little more support in market sentiment overall before pressing that button.
