couldn't agree more. AIA have a much stronger moat within their business in comparison to SYD. AIA is the only airport where people can fly in and out of New Zealand, whereas there any many international airports in Aus. Also, Sydney will have another airport built shortly to compete with (Western Sydney Airport) which will inevitably take away some of Sydney Airport's market share. Finally, the financials and overall business model of Auckland's is much stronger and positioned for more sustainable future growth in comparison to SYD.
