    the guy was being held down by 4 or 5 guards

    and the cop punched the defenceless guy 4 or 5 times

    was the cop acting in self-defence? no

    did the guy deserve it? irrelevant

    the guy will get a payout

    I hope that cop gets jail

    ....and the cops complain when they get bashed
