Something which amuses me is that he is a Greens Councilor. From what I recall the Greens weren't even really interested in this sort of technology - with their policies aiming towards full renewable technologies.
Amazing that one of their members has some sense as to where things could go, and the environmental benefits (75% less Co2 emissions). Maybe he should talk the rest of his party into doing so.
They wouldn't get my vote in the next election, but maybe they'd just get my preferences!
