Misty, I pity your bitter attitude. Every city is great, it's what you make of it that counts. I had a day on the harbour today that I will remember for life. It was spectacular and am now settling in to watch the fire works from the balcony. My kids will remember getting the ferry to Manly, seeing the tall ships and war ships along the way, watching the amazing fly overs and the swarm of helicopters putting on a show. Oh, we waved to Prince Harry. Cost? Couldn't give a damn as it is a once in a lifetime event and it adds to the culture of the city of Sydney.. Culture, something you seem somewhat devoid of, and for that, I'm sorry for you. Get out and enjoy it I say.
