What do you see in the corners of Fed Square? what ppl are hanging around the public toilets and seeming to know many of the ppl who go in - and often keep tabs on those who've gone in to see they come out again on their feet.
you have used syringes in the rubbish bins and down laneways? Discarded foils - some even containing some powder - dangerous drugs lying around in the street.
