Ozgem, it's not accurate to generalize prices in capital cities, it's even less accurate to generalize comment on pricing of regional Australia, we are a very sparse country and regional markets vary massively..haven't you heard some regionals offer a home for $1. I wouldn't say that's overpriced..
it be better, if you are interested in a certain place, to name it so someone who has some knowledge of it may offer an opinion/thoughts.
