REDFERN....infrastructure upgrades underway...further upgrades planned...plenty of upside....lots of developer interest there at the moment..proximity to the CBD....i see agressive growth here in the short to medium term .....a bit like weve seen in Erskineville and parts of Surry Hills and the inner west of late....its also becoming much more cost innefective for govt to keep the level of housing commission homes here...i see many of these properties being sold by govt to developers and relocated further away from the CBD.

good buying opportunities will continue to present themselves for the next 12 months for those with a long term investment horizon in mind
