Why would you buy in Bellevue Hills when you could get genuine luxury in New York or Paris for far less.
From my observation New York & Paris are not suited to rich Asian community lifestyle. But... Syd, Melb, Auckland, Toronto & Vancouver are. They will buy wherever their massive community congregate. On the weekened... check out Melb CBD, Syd CBD, Chatstone mall, Chadswood mall, Box Hill, etc... it's like Shanghai. I've seen many of them driving few new Ferarri 488 & McLaren 720 within few minutes apart in CBD... don't you think $4 mil house is a piece of cake????
