Sydney House Prices

In my inner west neighbourhood, quality properties are flat but taking longer to sell and low quality houses are down 2-3%.

Vendors are not accepting low ball offers, the property either sits on the market or gets withdrawn.

Sydney northern beaches prices have been showing no signs of slowing down......been some record selling prices last few months.
