    tightly held suburbs close to city/transport/ safe / character homes etc will ALWAYS do well. Suburbs like Cammeray, Northbridge, Willoughby, Naremburn are still booming, seeing +10% growth and high levels of interest

    The McMansion suburbs will be under duress, let alone the poor renters
