went to a auction at Quakers Hill the place was only four years old and reserve was 475K. Only two bids made and the highest was 280k you should of see the looks of fear on the faces of the Real estate agent and seller. It was passed in did not reach close to the reserve of 475K.
Housing is not looking good is it.
