Maybe in time to come. Still a run down suburb, though close to the City.
I would say expecting 380k for a 450 sqm would probably be high now as a 700 sqm was sold for 440K 18 months ago near Princess st. My friends who lived there sold their home with 600sqm for 270k 10 years ago...the area didn't have a good reputation at the time.
