I live near Quakers Hill, i bought in the poorer suburb near Woodcroft, 1 street away but walking distance to supermarkets(woodcroft and quakers court)but paid less than half what they pay in Woodcroft and Quakers.

I think houses worth $450+ in 2001 are to be hit harder and homes where someone paid $220k will not see as massive losses. Even places in the city will come down to and are already at $400k such as Newtown.

A lot will have to downgrade to cheaper suburbs.
