catlover, i agree
i have had the feeling the word "auction" is a sexy word for some over the past 6 years or so, and i remember asking my dad when i was younger why houses go to auction and he said to me they go to auction because they can't sell them.
some may get a bargain but you eventually pay for what you get imho
