He imagines flattening the lot will make the place more rentable. Well trimming a hedge (which I don't object to) they got a city view back but that's not going to fix his problem!
Instead of doing proper renovations (the inside is horrible), he uses the Agent Orange approach! The place is denuded.
Next he'll be putting in concrete front and back.
The prices these places were getting are ridiculous anyway.
Reality checks all round. The pain is not properly setting in yet.
Banks holding off but that won't continue indefinitely.
