This is like the Kennet years when people lost their jobs, took their severance pay and got the heck out of the place.
House prices cratered but the effect won't be at all even.
Outer suburbs will be hurting, and the city especially small apartments, but homes in the nicer suburbs will continue to do well.
It's definitely a mixed bag but I know there's also an exodus to WA.
