That being the case they gave allowed 3-4 months for commissioning. Of which is quite lengthy considering they only commission to stage one resin processing then send out for final U3o8 processing and packaging.
However as a new plant I can understand the conservative approach and they must also consider the toll plant availability. Gus told me directly the toll plant had considerable spare capacity, so should not be a problem.
Not over analysing, merely cross checking all information for validity and correcting an error.
