The presentation screens posted on the ASX today make interesting reading. I was particularly taken with the throwaway line that the new Jolokia site is 10 degrees hotter than Habanero 1 at similar depths. Great news for the longer term. The final screens about the financial 'Valley of Death' are sobering, but with drilling nearing completion the crunch is coming. We can all hope for a new year gift of a successful circulation test.
At the rates of drilling quoted it seems that there are about 1000 hours left to target depth. Does anyone have better information than that? Is the drilling rate likely to increase again? I don't see it as a probability. That means 41 days still to drill at 24 hours a day and how many hours a day are being drilled at the moment?
