spending some ,approx.. 5 mill more on the plant
changing the board,
getting some more favorable term for repayment
reducing management and prod,cost
holding back on payments to Hatch eng. because the plant not up to spec is a right step.
A Tse appears to be committed to change the management culture.
Before the meeting my disapproval was 90%,after changed to 60%
