I know iPAC is paying $180k and P.C said he got a massive discount for being their second ever client.
All revenue is including KLiP but NOT LiLLY

Q2:
Yes all code is proprietary both written by M.F and another programmer working side by side in Perth. M.F put restrictions on the programmers computer so it was impossible to copy an part of the code or send any part to anywhere. M.F is the only man who has access to the code and its not even accessible if you find a backdoor entry to the site and hack it. Secured.

Q3:
KLiP is 10% on top of the total rollout fee

Q4:
No I dont think its that black an white but they are potentials. P.C was told MOU #2 is a top tier bigger than Sentry so go do some digging maybe you can find them before the market does.
