    RC does have some explaining to do based on past shareholder briefings.

    I get the impression he made some bad strategic decisions (re: debt ) and MQG have taken full advantage and we are now "Check Mate",

    It's all hugely disappointing but thats our reality. I prefer 20c and the CVN (aka lottery ticket) than what rejection could be - massive dive in sp to never recover.
