This does raise some very big questions for the Australian shareholders

It does sound that there will be a reverse takeover by a US company.

So this could mean that a small US Biotech company will capital raise a lot of dosh to buy us out. (well maybe not that much dosh)

So we could very well be in a position where we are having to sell our shares on the cheap for Biota to go to the US.

Any other thoughts / perspectives on this?
