2. BTA has all the valuable assets
3 BTA may be taken over before then

Imagine being stuck with Nabi ( as you hold that ) and BTA gets taken out

As for comments around broker reports and their target prices, very few are willing to put themselves out there. At least RBS disntiguish between their valuation of 2.20 bs target price of 1.12 until deal gets done
