    im concerned that tonight's meeting will only be used to convince S/holders to except the offer, this is a bad deel for Sh. Don't be conned like i believe we have been for the last 4 years, don't be intimidated, be prepared, and don't be afraid to ask confronting questions I personally won't be attending mainly because I don't believe a word this man says
