    Listening to him now and he is not saying anything that convinces me this is a good deal for shareholders whose average buy price is above 20 cents. In my own opinion, it Sounds like he has given up and sees the future with Macquarie Bank. I think it is time for someone new to lead the company after the no vote gets through....
