You've hit the nail on the head.

There is clearly a larger play here which involves massive amount of money. The stock shifts around $400,000 - $1,000,000 a day yet the price goes up and down a pip at most.

I suspect this could be an accumulation play, but honestly its fishy as all hell

Still doesn't matter to me - whomever wants to get into LWP is doing so for a reason, and won't care about the pip movements.
