the solution is so easy - if you are abused in public in this day and age use your mobile ph to record - or call out to bystanders to use their phones to record -
make an affidavit to your Dedicated ATSI Legal service and ask them to help you take the info to Police.
Persist saying you want threatening abusers prosecuted.
Surely in Australia we have the right to go about our business in public without abuse.
