It would appear that the SMH article today, suggests that the pressue is squarely back on MMX and their inability to constructively move forward without resolving this matter.
If in fact it does come down to recollection of an interview with the Corporate Regulators in 2005, the parties sitting at that meeting would want to be damned sure of their ability to give a ball by ball description of that meeting, as I am sure, the Regulators written record of that meeting will be most interesting.
It would seem quite pointless pursuing the matter on a record of interview that had no substance and therefore CHM are perhaps now, holding the whip hand.
The article certainly identifies that MMX are hamstrung with their future programme without it being sorted.
Might be time to soak up a few more.
