i last talked to alan aroumd the second week of july.we openly talked about the falling sp after the signing of the biggest pharma deal in australian history. we talked about how huge in $$$$$$$$$ value the deal was to a future pe and also what the anticipated ratio was going to be. but we didnt talk about his new pay structure.
bearing all this in mind as i have said b4 i think results should be shown b4 the money is.
but reading the article in the smh and the figures needed to meet to obtain this renumeration then i think alan is trying to tell us something. if uni needs these massive profits to pay then it must be going to happen.
i actually liked what i read with this view in mind but still will be voting no.
