One thing to consider, pno did not have staff as such, they used consultant scientists, so R & D could have been spent , but catagorized as consultants fees.
At the end of the day, they have a product now on the shelves..a product that works, and the main competitor product is under scrutiny.

I wonder how long and how much Novartis spent/paid getting voltarin gel to market??Maybe we have got off lightly??
