If correctly quoted in the SMH a fund manager from UBS stated yesterday:
"We've seen that in Australian corporate history, with ABC Learning in particular. At the end of the day if you provide services to vulnerable or semi-vulnerable people, and take money from the government, it can all be very easy for a little while....but boy oh boy it can go horribly wrong. With these companies, it's absolutely got to be customer-first."
Customer first approach is the only way G8 are going to improve occupancy levels.
