On the 27 June, 2 days after the DIP loan interim order, chapter 7 was sought and I believe the DIP loan order was probably not implemented as there was a period of dispute. See below
At the time of the DIP loan application Erin Gambia ltd was not a debtor but owed 8.5 million to Erin. So I don't believe the DIP loan holder would have any hold over Erin Gambia ltd in any case.
