Boys solicitors will argue your honour he is only a child with mental health issues & doesn't know as a child what he did & can't be punished for it because he has his whole life ahead of him (that's how legal system works in Australia however if boy had stabbed a politician instead then totally different scenario altogether & he'd get life in jail)

The question begs - did this 15 year old wake up that morning and decided all by himself he had to protect his religion by attacking a Christian bishop or did a third-party wind him up to do this.

Will this result in ''an eye for an eye'' and will muftis now have some added security
