just came back the Sydney World Square shopping center, there was a property agent stand there. The off the plan property in rhodes selling at average $700000 for 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment over 1 million for 3 bedroom apartment. Other example a off the plan 2 bedroom 1 bathroom in summer hill selling $6800000 start. For me this is insane. The brand new property is sky high for me!!!! Hard for people to just get a roof! the government bonus is useless, $$$ go into developer pocket. even a tidy town house 30km away from sydney CBD seven hill selling $500000 brand new. you are joking right???
