nothing last forever, but we can see all the off the plan property gone in flash and they aren't cheap. Most of the property bought from people oversea. I read a article other day. First place is Britian and Second is China. Although price is high but people still buying. And i can't see the end. Maybe this will last for long , i do not know the answer. Back 6 years ago off the plan apartment in Mascot was 400k, 3 years ago 500k now 600k !!!
