Why would anyone waste their money buying out at Mt Druitt or Macquarie fields?
That would be the worst thing you could do.
To make money in property it is important to pick the right type of property. You would be much better off buying in closer to the city even though it is more expensive. Penny wise and pound foolish to think you are getting a bargain just because you paid less.
