good luck with that, there are a lot of whingers out there who get upset when they "could have" its part of the game.
They made a deal, and went ahead with it, screw em i say, just a pain in the arse though having to deal with it all.
Just make sure you lock all your profits in this year i say! subprime loss's will keep eating at the foundations that hold the property prices up and at some point most likly end of this year its gonna give and come topling back down to realistic values
