Places like Newtown, Dulwich Hill, Summer Hill, Enmore, are really holding up well and have had good growth. Easy transportation to the city and lifestyle is what makes these areas popular. Not to mention Leichardt, Fivedock and the Eastern suburbs.
However the south and south west have not been so fortunate.
