does anyone have experience in the Sydney property market ? from looking at the stats, it appears the sydney (overall) has not experienced as much growth as say Melbourne.
Do you think buying a property in sydney would be better than in melbourne (of course it would depend on where and what property etc) but just as a generalisation....
