But when you say a few years I would suggest that now you are guessing and with a little bit of hope thrown in. Its fair to say at least slappi drdan and others say a year or give time line but really mate a few years that could be 5 years 1 year or somewhere in between, Its quite funny when you say gambling on real estate especially when you're guessing.
