All apartments in Sydney probably need to be demolished and rebuilt, building standards have been far too poor. Mass class actions against builders and certifiera might save the owners some.
Free standing house dwellings look alright and probably would benefit from the Opal Tower Icon Constructions debacle IMHO.
Not good for investors but good for owner occupiers.
Melbourne property probably go same way due to contagion, house prices should go up, apartments should go way down.
