Ireland houses are going up again & you can live in it. Those who did not buy back in 2007 (thinking they were smart or lucky back then), are still paying rent until today, which is also wasted money going down the drain.
Many of them who are so called "the smart one", may have itching fingers for having some cash in the bank & often ended up losing the lot in other higher risk investment like penny stocks/forex/CFD/horse racing/worlcup soccer bets/casinos/etc & lost the lot.
