    I've been a long time share holder and while I'm not 100 per cent satisfied by the deal and the mechanics around it, I would hole serious concerns for our share price moving forward if this deal doesn't go ahead.

    Anyhow you blokes are smart enough to make your own decisions based on your research and knowledge.
