    I wish you can hold your stand, and pay attention to what is the fact, what is the promising, and ask they to back up with documents for their promises.

    Don't let them to get you one way or the other. They might be good at it.

    The 51%, with competing interests, particularly services to be provided by ECE is a big question mark!

    I feel somehow we are sold by the board, who recommend a not fair scheme to existing shareholders.
