I doubt shareholders would be keen....... So cant see this happening ever. Why would anyone set themselves for more dilution with lower NPAT metrics unless the number of shares dished out was in line will h the new targets?
IMO its the very reason there are 4 levels in the performance options. MF will get the shares he deserves based on NPAT. DB
