As for the seven year rule you talk about oldmate83 it would be more of an average measure and sure if you apply it as you are now you will find many instances where the rule does not work. Reality is that growth rates for different areas over different time periods will be quite different as well so the so called seven year rule wouldn't be right in many cases regardless anyway.
