Just to add further - I think there is a bit more to it than just taking off 30% company tax, my understanding is that there are some other figures that need to be adjusted - so apologies for leaving that out. I think working off BT's final NPAT margin of 25% is probably a good starting point. I have seem some other listed companies that are doing similar numbers that are projected for IAM with EBIT's of high 40's, so achievable but many factors to come into play.
