If there is an Against vote at the SoA meeting, IMO, the board will be gone shortly after and replaced by OptionCo, and Cottee will be allowed to remain until he voluntarily goes, which hopefully won't be too long into the future.
Cottee has verified my concerns since about 2013, and has failed to deliver for share holders.
