    And another concern for me is, is the alternative board, if and when voted in, as long as they keep their distance from the predator MB, and not be sucking up to them, ... but the opposite, ... pay them out and move them on same as old board and Cottee.

    Then , hopefully start again and look forward to "boring annuities", if it is to be.
